Miller Lite

Miller Brewing Co, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

The Pilsner beer that first defined the American light beer category in 1975. High-quality ingredients include water, barley malt, yeast, hops, hop extract, and corn syrup. Hayes Ranch, Waterford, California $8/$32

This Rosé comes from select vineyards in California, characterized by a long growing season which helps develop ripe and round fruit flavors. Made from classic European varietals, this Rosé reveals a pretty bouquet of floral, strawberry, and white peach. This blend includes Grenache and Mouvedre, which add to the flavor profile of this wine. 

Food Pairing: Dry and dangerously drinkable, this light pink wine is a perfect complement for your favorite foods and adventures.


Bonvia, Veneto, Italy $8/$32

A sweet and lightly sparkling Moscato, this wine has a bright yellow color with exceedingly fresh fragrances of fruit and aromas typical of the grape. A pleasant wine perfect to finish a meal with dessert or alone as a nice mid-day break.

Thomas Schmitt Kabinett, Mosel, Germany $10/$40

Moderately light-bodied with aromas of Granny Smith apples, Thomas Schmitt Kabinett is crisp and lively on the palate. It’s a lively fresh wine with pleasant sweetness and a good overall impression.

McManis, Ripon, California $9/$36
This wine possesses a beautiful ruby hue and is aromatically engaging with raspberry, black cherry, and clove notes. A medium-bodied wine with a hint of mocha flavor, it lingers on the palate with soft, mellow tannins.

Food Pairing: Rich meats, mushrooms, herbs, herbaceous cheeses, root vegetables or braised greens. The bright acidity in this wine will make a rich fatty or high tannin dish complete.


CK Mondavi, Napa Valley, California $8/$32
A powerhouse, this wine is known for intense aromas and muscular structure yet incredibly elegant nature. With deeply intense blackberry and black plum flavors layered with sweet oak spices, it has a fresh, earthy complexity (oregano, eucalyptus) on a palate with firm, velvety tannins balanced by the refreshing acidity. Grapes from California’s Oak Knoll District deliver silky softness and a firm backbone to this wine.


Food Pairings: This beautiful wine can be enjoyed on its own or paired alongside almost any meal, including Italian-style sausages, salmon, and pizza. For cheeses, try Parmesan, Gouda, cheddar, Monterey Jack, or smoked provolone.

Pinot Noir

Parducci, Mendocino County, California $10/$40
Light earth, tea, and cherry aromas framed within tasty cranberry and raspberry flavors define this medium-bodied and well-balanced wine. Its berry flavors are full and rich on the palate, picking up a hint of cedar in the finish. Honoring the complex nature of the Pinot Noir grape, this wine uses individually vinified small lots of premium varietal Pinot Noir grapes to create a wine of sensual character and nuanced flavors.

Tierra Brisa, Mendoza, Argentina $9/$36

Tuscan Red Blend

Querceto, Tuscany, Italy $7
This wine displays all aspects of the Tuscan countryside – where the various terrain, the luscious hills of Chianti and Valdarno, and optimal sun exposure come together. The Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon are produced in the Valdarno hills where the soil is rich in marlstone and clay; the sun is notably bright, but nights are cool – essential for optimum ripening of these grapes. The Sangiovese is planted at the highest elevation of the Chianti region. This wine expresses the fresh scents and balanced flavors associated with the vineyards.

Remole Rosso, Tuscany, Italy $12/$44
Boasts a bright and intense violet-red color. Fruity aromas, such as blackcurrant, raspberry, and black cherry, slowly give way to extremely delicate spicy notes. On the palate, the warm note is balanced out wonderfully by a fresh vivacity. It is a pleasant wine that marries elegance and balance with great softness.

Food Pairing: Perfect with mildly spiced cured meats and full-flavored pasta dishes.
